Shelby Fruechte, DPT
Hi! I'm Dr. Shelby Fruechte PT, DPT. I am a physical therapist, run, and strength coach who is passionate about helping runners achieve their goals and stay injury free. As someone who has dealt with multiple injuries in my early years of running, as well as getting back into fitness postpartum I have the personal experience and professional expertise to get you to where you want to be.
I'm on a mission to help the chronically injured or new mama's get back to their happy place in running and strength training.
